MIL ON; Engine Shutdown; Engine shutdown; Rough, unstable, missing, or incorrect engine idle; DST displays MAP greater than defined in diagnostic calibration

Possible Causes

  • •MAP greater than 35 psi (psia) with TPS less than 10% and engine RPM greater than 1400 while engine is running
  • •MAP pressure greater than 35 psi (psia) with TPS less than 10% and engine rpm greater than 1400 while engine is running
  • •Engine mechanical problem

  • •Faulty MAP sensor
