What This Code Means
Error LEDs are on (red); Error persists after restart; Excessive discharge of the battery; Excessive charge of the battery; System shuts operating mode down; Equipment shutdown; Inverters heat up internally; Decrease in performance
Possible Causes
- •BMS of the batteries is defective
- •Incorrect communication between battery BMS and Cerbo GX
- •Loose or damaged RJ45 connectors
- •Battery is defective
- •One or more cells of the batteries are defective
- •BMS detects battery cell voltage is lower than acceptable
- •BMS detects battery cell voltage is higher than acceptable
- •One of the phases has been disabled
- •Very high ambient temperature (above 30°C)
- •Very high inverter power (approaching inverter limits)
Suggested Actions
- 1Check to see if the error LEDs are on (red) and identify the defective elements
- 2Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
- 3Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tight
- 4Check the voltage between the DC bus from the EHR
- 5Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
- 6Replace defective modules
- 7Refer to the manual to perform a system shutdown (do not turn the batteries off)
- 8Check that the batteries are working properly and see if the error LEDs are on (red) to identify defective elements
- 9Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
