Possible Causes

Suggested Actions

  1. 1Perform a system shutdown (do not turn the batteries off)
  2. 2Check that the batteries are working properly
  3. 3Check to see if the error LEDs are on (red) and identify the defective elements
  4. 4Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
  5. 5Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
  6. 6Check that the voltage between the DC terminals of the input of each of the inverters is correct
  7. 7Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
  8. 8Click on the variable 'VE. Reset' to reset the communication
  9. 9Check that the voltage between the DC terminals of the input of each of the inverters is correct (must have a value between [45 – 52] V)
  10. 10Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct by observing the parameters of the battery to check that they are logical
