Possible Causes
- •Defective battery
- •Deterioration of battery cells
- •Problem in communication in battery modules
- •Low battery state of charge
- •One of the phases has been disabled
- •The original master failed
- •The firmware of one of the connected devices is not up-to-date enough to work with this device
- •Broken maintenance disconnector
- •One of the inverters has stopped working
- •Possible internal battery problem
- •One or more batteries are defective
Suggested Actions
- 1Check that the batteries are working properly
- 2Identify which battery is defective
- 3Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
- 4Charge the battery as soon as possible
- 5Check that the communication between the inverters is correct
- 6Check that the RJ45 connectors of the inverters and the Cerbo GX are in good condition and tight
