• •Defective battery
• •Deterioration of battery cells
• •Problem in communication in battery modules
• •Low battery state of charge
• •One of the phases has been disabled
• •The original master failed
• •The firmware of one of the connected devices is not up-to-date enough to work with this device
• •Internal battery problem
• •Incorrect voltage at L2 inverter input DC terminals
• •Faulty communication between battery BMS and Cerbo GX
• •Defective batteries
• •Incorrect voltage at L3 inverter input DC terminals
• •Battery BMS error
• •MPPT malfunction
• •Faulty communication between Cerbo GX and MPPT via VE.Direct connector

Suggested Actions

1. 1Check that the batteries are working properly
2. 2Identify which battery is defective
3. 3Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
4. 4Charge the battery as soon as possible
5. 5Perform a system shutdown according to the manual (do not turn the batteries off)
6. 6Verify that batteries are working properly
7. 7Check if battery error LEDs are illuminated red
8. 8Verify communication between battery BMS and Cerbo GX is correct
9. 9Check that the voltage between the DC terminals of the L2 inverter input is correct
10. 10Check that the voltage between the DC terminals of the L3 inverter input is correct
11. 11Disconnect the solar input applied to the EHR
12. 12Visually inspect the MPPT for swelling or cracking
13. 13Verify the VE.Direct communication connection between the Cerbo GX and MPPT is correct
14. 14Apply a DC supply to the solar input terminals (>55V and >10A)
