Possible Causes

• •Battery BMS measurement is not working properly
• •Defective battery elements
• •Voltage mismatch between inverter DC input terminals and battery display
• •Damaged or loose RJ45 connectors between battery modules
• •Communication failure between battery BMS and Cerbo GX
• •BMS of the batteries is not working properly
• •Possible problem in the BMS of the batteries

Suggested Actions

1. 1Perform a system shutdown according to the manual (do not turn the batteries off)
2. 2Check that the batteries are working properly
3. 3Identify defective elements if error LEDs are red
4. 4Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
5. 5Check that the voltage between the DC terminals at the input of each of the inverters is sufficiently close to the voltage that appears on the battery display
6. 6Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
7. 7Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct by verifying battery parameters are logical
8. 8Replace the battery BMS module
9. 9Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
