Possible Causes

Suggested Actions

  1. 1Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition
  2. 2Check the voltage between the DC bus from the EHR
  3. 3Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
  4. 4Replace defective modules
  5. 5Refer to the manual to perform a system shutdown (do not turn the batteries off)
  6. 6Check that the batteries are working properly
  7. 7Identify defective elements if error LEDs (red) are on
  8. 8Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
