What This Code Means
Error LEDs are on (red); Error persists after restart
Possible Causes
- •BMS of the batteries is defective
- •Contactor used for pre-loading is defective
- •Safety contactor is defective
Suggested Actions
- 1Check to see if the error LEDs are on (red) and identify defective elements
- 2Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
- 3Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
- 4Check the voltage between the DC bus from the EHR 5
- 5Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
- 6Replace defective modules
- 7Perform a system shutdown (do not turn the batteries off)
- 8Check the correct functioning of the batteries
- 9Identify defective elements if error LEDs (red) are running
