Possible Causes

• •Possible internal battery problem
• •Deterioration of the cells
• •Internal communication failure
• •Possible problem in the BMS of the batteries
• •BMS of the batteries is defective
• •Contactor used for pre-loading is defective

Suggested Actions

1. 1Refer to the manual to perform a system shutdown (do not turn the batteries off)
2. 2Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
3. 3Check that the RJ45 connectors are in good condition and tight
4. 4Check that the batteries are working properly and check to see if the error LEDs are on (red) to identify which battery is defective
5. 5Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
6. 6Replace defective battery or batteries
7. 7Refer to the manual to perform a system repair (do not turn the batteries off)
8. 8Check that the batteries are working properly and check to see if the error LEDs are on (red) to identify defective elements
9. 9Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
10. 10Check the voltage between the DC bus from the EHR
11. 11Replace defective modules
