Possible Causes

Suggested Actions
- 1Check that the communication between the Cerbo GX and the MPPT is correct via the VE.Direct connector
- 2Apply a DC supply to the solar input terminals (>55V and >10A)
- 3Verify that the magneto-technical protections are enabled
- 4Verify that the fuses are operational
- 5Replace the MPPT equipment
- 6Perform a system shutdown according to the manual (do not turn the batteries off)
- 7Check that the batteries are working properly
- 8Check to see if the error LEDs are on (red)
