Suggested Actions

1. 1Check that the communication between the Cerbo GX and the MPPT is correct via the VE.Direct connector
2. 2Apply a DC supply to the solar input terminals (>55V and >10A)
3. 3Verify that the magneto-technical protections are enabled
4. 4Verify that the fuses are operational
5. 5Replace the MPPT equipment
6. 6Perform a system shutdown according to the manual (do not turn the batteries off)
7. 7Check that the batteries are working properly
8. 8Check to see if the error LEDs are on (red)
9. 9Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
10. 10Check that the voltage between the DC terminals of the input of each of the inverters is correct
11. 11Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
12. 12Check that the batteries are working properly and identify defective elements if the red error LEDs are on
13. 13Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
14. 14Check to see if the error LEDs are on (red) and identify defective elements
