Possible Causes

• •Defective elements in the batteries
• •Incorrect communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX
• •RJ45 connectors between battery modules are damaged or loose
• •Improper voltage difference between the inverter DC input terminals and the battery screen voltage
• •Voltage pressure of the BMS of the batteries is not working properly
• •BMS of the batteries is not working properly
• •BMS of the batteries communication issue or malfunction

Suggested Actions

1. 1Refer to the manual to perform a system shutdown (do not turn the batteries off)
2. 2Check that the batteries are working properly and check if the error LEDs (red) are on to identify defective elements
3. 3Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
4. 4Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
5. 5Check that the voltage between the DC terminals of the input of each of the inverters is sufficiently close to the voltage that appears on the battery screen
6. 6Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
7. 7Replace the BMS module if the error persists and the voltage pressure is not working properly
8. 8Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tight
9. 9Replace the BMS module if the error persists
10. 10Click on the variable 'VE. Reset' to reset the communication
11. 11Refer to the manual to perform a system shutdown (do not turn the batteries off) if the alarm continues to occur
12. 12Check that the batteries are working properly and check if the error LEDs are on (red)
