Possible Causes

• •BMS of the batteries is defective
• •Contactor used for pre-loading is defective
• •Safety contactor is defective

Suggested Actions

1. 1Check to see if the error LEDs are on (red) and identify defective elements
2. 2Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
3. 3Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
4. 4Check the voltage between the DC bus from the EHR 5
5. 5Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
6. 6Replace defective modules
7. 7Perform a system shutdown (do not turn the batteries off)
8. 8Check the correct functioning of the batteries
9. 9Identify defective elements if error LEDs (red) are running
10. 10Check that the batteries are working properly
11. 11Identify defective elements if error LEDs (red) are on
12. 12Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition
