What This Code Means

The mode of operation at that moment will be shut down immediately; Installation is supplied with a power higher than that which has been configured; Differential switch has been activated; Operating mode has shut down; System has shut down; Inverters heat up internally; Decrease in performance; Operating mode change due to communication failure; Maximum contracted power exceeded; An error occurred in one of the inverters; System shutdown

Possible Causes

  • Maximum contracted power has been exceeded when the calendar is enabled and configured
  • Inadequate EHR input and output wiring
  • Loose wiring terminals
  • Improper ground connection
  • State of Charge (SoC) of the battery is too low
  • Communication not working properly
  • Problem in the internal core (either the Cerbo GX or the eCORE)
  • Maximum power contracted in the EHR output has been exceeded
  • Very high ambient temperature (above 30°C)
  • Very high inverter power (approaching inverter limits)
  • Communication failure
  • The maximum contracted power has been exceeded
  • Maintenance disconnector is damaged
  • Inverter is damaged
  • Inverter has stopped working

Suggested Actions

  1. 1Configure the calendar (refer to Calendar section)
  2. 2Check that the EHR’s input and output wiring is adequate and that all terminals are well threaded
  3. 3Check that the ground is connected as indicated in the manual and that the terminals are well threaded
  4. 4Reset the differential by clicking on 'reset' to reset the magnetothermal output
  5. 5Perform an optimal load
  6. 6Perform a maintenance load
  7. 7Perform an external load as indicated in the manual
  8. 8Run the operating mode again
  9. 9Check the RJ45 connectors inserted between the Cerbo GX and the CCLAN
  10. 10Perform a system shutdown without disconnecting the batteries as detailed in the manual
  11. 11Restart the system
  12. 12Decrease the load in the installation
  13. 13Restart the desired functionality
  14. 14Deal with the warning when it appears in order to prevent the temperature alarm from occurring as per the help functions shown on the screen
  15. 15Refer to the manual to perform a system shutdown (do not turn the batteries off)
  16. 16Check that the communication between the inverters is correct
  17. 17Check that the RJ45 connectors are in good condition and tight
  18. 18Check the position of the inverter disconnector causing the error
  19. 19Turn the batteries off and replace the disconnector to ensure the disconnector is in the correct position
  20. 20Restart the equipment
