What This Code Means

Differential switch has been activated; Operating mode has shut down; System has shut down

Possible Causes

  • Inadequate EHR input and output wiring
  • Loose wiring terminals
  • Improper ground connection
  • State of Charge (SoC) of the battery is too low
  • Communication not working properly
  • Problem in the internal core (either the Cerbo GX or the eCORE)
  • Maximum power contracted in the EHR output has been exceeded

Suggested Actions

  1. 1Check that the EHR’s input and output wiring is adequate and that all terminals are well threaded
  2. 2Check that the ground is connected as indicated in the manual and that the terminals are well threaded
  3. 3Reset the differential by clicking on 'reset' to reset the magnetothermal output
