What This Code Means
Differential switch has been activated; Operating mode has shut down; System has shut down
Possible Causes
- •Inadequate EHR input and output wiring
- •Loose wiring terminals
- •Improper ground connection
- •State of Charge (SoC) of the battery is too low
- •Communication not working properly
- •Problem in the internal core (either the Cerbo GX or the eCORE)
- •Maximum power contracted in the EHR output has been exceeded
Suggested Actions
- 1Check that the EHR’s input and output wiring is adequate and that all terminals are well threaded
- 2Check that the ground is connected as indicated in the manual and that the terminals are well threaded
- 3Reset the differential by clicking on 'reset' to reset the magnetothermal output
- 4Perform an optimal load
- 5Perform a maintenance load
- 6Perform an external load as indicated in the manual
- 7Run the operating mode again
- 8Check the RJ45 connectors inserted between the Cerbo GX and the CCLAN
- 9Perform a system shutdown without disconnecting the batteries as detailed in the manual
