What This Code Means
Excessive discharge of the battery; Error LEDs are on (red); System temperature below desired level; System stopped via emergency mushroom; The differential switch has been activated
Possible Causes
- •Battery is defective
- •One or more cells of the batteries are defective
- •Heaters inactive
- •The emergency mushroom has been pressed
- •Inadequate input and output wiring
- •Terminals not well threaded
Suggested Actions
- 1Perform a system shutdown according to the manual (do not turn the batteries off)
- 2Check that the batteries are working properly
- 3Check to see if the error LEDs are on (red) and identify the defective elements
- 4Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
- 5Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
- 6Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
- 7Charge the batteries by applying an operating mode and performing a maintenance charge
- 8Replace faulty modules if the error persists
- 9Check that the heaters are active
- 10Wait until the system temperature rises to the desired level before operating normally
- 11Turn the mushroom until it is released to restart the system
- 12Check that the EHR’s input and output wiring is adequate and that all terminals are well threaded
