Possible Causes

• •Cooling system failure
• •Excessive load at the output
• •Heaters not working
• •Battery discharged
• •High output load
• •Cooling fans not running
• •One or more batteries are defective
• •Communication failure between battery BMS and Cerbo GX
• •Defective battery elements
• •Loose or damaged RJ45 connectors between battery modules

Suggested Actions

1. 1Check to see if the cooling is working
2. 2Disconnect the load at the output
3. 3Disconnect the primary power supply if the alarm persists
4. 4Check that the heaters are working
5. 5Wait until the system temperature rises to the desired level before operating normally
6. 6Exit the current operating mode
7. 7Perform a maintenance charge until the battery is fully charged
8. 8Decrease the power consumption
9. 9Shut down the operating mode that is running
10. 10Check that the fans are running
11. 11Wait 1 hour for the system temperature to drop
12. 12Refer to the manual to perform a system shutdown (Do not turn off batteries)
13. 13Check that the batteries are working properly and check for red error LEDs
14. 14Check that the communication between the BMS of the batteries and the Cerbo GX is correct
15. 15Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
16. 16Charge the batteries by applying an operating mode and performing a maintenance charge
17. 17Refer to the manual to charge the batteries externally if internal charging is not possible
18. 18Check that the batteries are working properly and check for red error LEDs to identify defective elements
19. 19Check that the RJ45 connectors connected between the battery modules are in good condition and tightly tightened
