Possible Causes

  • •Engine speed is greater than 90 RPM and the crankshaft and/or camshaft position sensors cannot synchronize within 4 cranking revolutions
  • •Crankshaft and/or camshaft position sensors not securely connected to the harness
  • •Crankshaft and/or camshaft position sensors not securely installed on the engine
  • •Loose sensor brackets
  • •Open circuits in crankshaft and/or camshaft position sensor circuits wiring
