Possible Causes

  • Maximum contracted power has been exceeded when the calendar is enabled and configured
  • Defective battery
  • Deterioration of battery cells
  • Problem in communication in battery modules
  • Low battery state of charge
  • One of the phases has been disabled
  • The original master failed
  • The firmware of one of the connected devices is not up-to-date enough to work with this device
  • Connected phase sequence (busbar or 'SOCKET') is invalid
  • The charge is only powered by batteries
  • Very high ambient temperature (above 30°C)
  • Very high inverter power (approaching inverter limits)

Suggested Actions
