Possible Causes
- •Faulty controller
- •Faulty wire between PZ10 Pin 2 (Wire 13), PZ10 Pin 4 (Wire 0), and respective connection points.
- •T1 line voltage is not present at the battery charger
Suggested Actions
- 1Check screen for additional information
- 2Contact an IASD
- 3Contact an IASD (Independent Authorized Service Dealer)
- 4If the DMM indicated 120 VAC at TB2 terminal 3 (Wire T1) and TB2 terminal 4 (Wire NEU), proceed to check voltage at the J2 connector.
- 5If the DMM indicated less than 120 VAC or 0 VAC at TB2 terminal 3 (Wire T1) and TB2 terminal 4 (Wire NEU), refer to the flow chart (Bad).
- 6Repair or replace respective wire as needed.
- 7Replace controller.
- 8Verify neutral is connected prior to performing this test.
