Battery voltage indicated on the display is 0 VDC; DMM indicated positive DC amperage between 50 milliamps to 2.5 amps; No voltage on the display; Voltage less than required on the display; Negative DC amperage draw on the battery
Possible Causes
- •Bad connections to the controller from the battery

Suggested Actions
- 1Refer to the flow chart
- 2Stop testing
- 3Disconnect the PZ10 connector from the controller.
- 4Set a DMM to measure DC voltage.
- 5Connect one meter test lead to PZ10 Pin 1 (Wire 13) and the other meter test lead to a clean frame ground. Measure and record the voltage.
- 6Connect one meter test lead to PZ10 Pin 2 (Wire 13) and the other meter test lead to a clean frame ground. Measure and record the voltage.
- 7Replace the controller.
