Possible Causes
- •Broken maintenance disconnector
- •Inverter stopped working
- •Problem with the electrical installation carried out on the load

- •Problem in one of the inverters
- •Defective battery

- •Problem in communication in battery modules
- •Low battery state of charge
- •One of the phases has been disabled
- •The original master failed
- •The firmware of one of the connected devices is not up-to-date enough to work with this device
Suggested Actions
- 1Perform a system shutdown according to the manual (do not turn the batteries off)
- 2Check that the communication between the inverters is correct
- 3Check that the RJ45 connectors are in good condition and tight
- 4Check that the voltage between the DC terminals of the input of each of the inverters is correct
- 5Replace the maintenance disconnector
- 6Turn the batteries off and restart the equipment
- 7Disconnect the load at the power output
- 8Run any operating mode
- 9Verify by means of a voltmeter that the RMS voltage at the output is higher than adequate
