Over Current warning displayed on the controller and/or in OnCue Plus; Over Frequency warning displayed on the controller and/or in OnCue Plus; Under Frequency warning displayed on the controller and/or in OnCue Plus; Loss of Field warning displayed on the controller and/or in OnCue Plus; Over Power warning displayed on the controller and/or in OnCue Plus; Reverse Power warning displayed on the controller and/or in OnCue Plus; Over Voltage warning displayed on the controller and/or in OnCue Plus; Under Voltage warning displayed on the controller and/or in OnCue Plus
Possible Causes
- •Excessive load on the generator set
- •Tripped enclosure thermostat (Model 20RESC/20RESCL only)
Suggested Actions
- 1Contact an authorized dealer for paralleling system installation, startup, troubleshooting, or service
- 2Contact an authorized distributor or dealer for paralleling system troubleshooting or service
- 3Contact an authorized distributor/dealer for service
- 4Model 20RESC/20RESCL only: Check enclosure thermostat and reset if tripped (See Section 5.6)
- 5Press AUTO or OFF to clear the warning (Pressing OFF will stop the generator set)
- 6Press AUTO or OFF to clear the warning display
- 7Press OFF to stop the generator set
- 8Reduce the load and restart the generator set
