Suggested Actions

  1. 1Clean ash from the DPF (Normal service interval of every 6 months or 5,000 hours; largely depends on engine duty cycle and condition)
  2. 2Service DPF (Soot Only)
  3. 3Allow the engine to run for at least 30 minutes to complete the automatic regeneration process
  4. 4Ensure the area above and around the generator is free of any debris, flammable, or combustible materials during regeneration

  7. 7Press the Program/Exit button on the ECU controller and select FORCE REGEN mode.
