Suggested Actions

  1. 1Perform On-Board (OBD) System Check
  2. 2Connect Diagnostic Scan Tool (DST) in System Data Mode and clear system fault code

  4. 4Repair power and ground circuits as necessary (refer to Wiring Repairs in Engine Electrical)
  5. 5Replace ECM
  6. 6Clear DTC information from ECM using DST
  7. 7Turn ignition OFF and wait 30 seconds
  8. 8Start engine and operate vehicle to full operating temperature
