Possible Causes

• •No camshaft signal received for 2.5 engine cycles with engine speed greater than 1000 RPM while receiving valid crankshaft position data
• •Camshaft position sensor is not securely connected to the harness
• •Camshaft position sensor is not securely installed, or bracket is loose/misaligned
• •Open circuit in the camshaft position sensor circuit wiring

1. 1Check that the camshaft position sensor is securely connected to harness
2. 2Check that the camshaft position sensor is securely installed, and bracket (if used) is tight and properly aligned with the crankshaft position wheel
