Regeneration Required indicator appears on the ECU-845/670 controllers

Possible Causes

  • •Conditions for auto regeneration cannot be achieved
  • •Urea accumulated in the exhaust system is high

Suggested Actions

  1. 1Remove all loads from the generator and place all circuit breakers in the OFF position.
  2. 2Press the Program/Exit button on the ECU-845 Controller and select 'FORCE REGEN' mode.
  3. 3Press and hold the 'REQUEST' button until the 'REGEN ACTIVE' message is displayed on the monitor, then release the button.
