Possible Causes

Suggested Actions

  1. 1Navigate to the Home screen (1 of 7) on the touch display, then press the Main Circuit Breaker OFF button to open the circuit breaker contacts.
  2. 2If the generator is running in Auto mode, stop the engine and place the unit in Semi-Auto mode.
  3. 3Press the AOP button.
  4. 4Press the AOP 1 button.
  5. 5Verify that the AOP 1 screen is displayed.
  6. 6Press the Enter Force Regen Mode button. Verify that the Force Purge Activated indicator begins flashing (GREEN).
  7. 7Allow the forced regeneration process to run automatically (during which one of the Regen Needed indicators will turn ON (GREEN) and the Exhaust Temperature High indicator will be displayed).
  8. 8Confirm completion of the forced regeneration operation once the Regen Needed indicator and Exhaust Temperature High indicator both turn OFF.
