Possible Causes

• •One of the phases has been turned off
• •One of the inverters turned off during its operation
• •Erroneous synchronization between the inverters
• •Failure of real-time communications
• •High inverter temperature
• •Output overload
• •BMS of the batteries detects that a battery cell has a voltage lower than acceptable
• •BMS of the batteries is defective
• •Incorrect communication between battery BMS and Cerbo GX
• •Loose or damaged RJ45 connectors
• •Battery is defective
• •One or more cells of the batteries are defective
• •One of the phases has been disabled
