Possible Causes

  • One of the phases has been turned off

  • BMS of the batteries is defective
  • Incorrect communication between battery BMS and Cerbo GX
  • Loose or damaged RJ45 connectors

  • One or more cells of the batteries are defective
  • One of the phases has been disabled
