What This Code Means

ATS display shows ModuleStatusChange message; ATS display shows Check Module Setup to Clear Fault; Module Status Change message cannot be cleared

Possible Causes

  • •One or more accessory modules are physically disconnected from the transfer switch controller
  • •Failure of the controller's real-time clock

Suggested Actions

  1. 1Press Reset on the ATS display
  2. 2Press Main to return to the main screen
  3. 3Press Set to enter setup mode and enter the setup password
  4. 4Press the down arrow to step to the Set Inputs/Outputs screen
  5. 5Navigate to the Set Auxiliary I/O screen
  6. 6Press right arrow to view status of module 1 and step down until screen shows Status: Lost
  7. 7Press right arrow to move to Uninstall Module screen and verify screen displays Uninstall Module Yes
  8. 8Press Save to uninstall the module when Yes is displayed
  9. 9Repeat the uninstall procedure for additional modules if necessary
  10. 10Carefully follow Module Connection or Module Uninstall procedures to attempt to reset the fault
  11. 11Replace the controller's logic board if the fault cannot be reset
  12. 12Contact an authorized distributor/dealer for service
