RED LED is active; Unit will not start in AUTO with utility loss

Possible Causes

Suggested Actions

  1. 1Attempt to start the unit in MANUAL.
  2. 2Check Oil Level/Add Oil Per Owners Manual.
  3. 3Check fuel line shutoff valve is in the ON position.
  4. 4Check the 7.5 Amp fuse.
  5. 5Check the LEDs / screen for alarms
  6. 6Check the battery using the control panel under the MAIN menu using the BATTERY MENU option.
  7. 7Clear alarm and remove household loads from the generator.
  8. 8Clear alarm.
  9. 9Contact an IASD
  10. 10Contact servicing dealer.
  11. 11If it does not start or starts and runs rough, contact servicing dealer.
  12. 12If it is bad replace it with an ATO 7.5 Amp fuse, if not contact servicing dealer.
  13. 13If it states CHECK BATTERY replace the battery.
  14. 14If it states battery is GOOD contact servicing dealer.
  15. 15If oil level is correct contact servicing dealer.
  16. 16Put back in AUTO and restart.
