What This Code Means

Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) stays ON during active fault and remains ON for 5 seconds after active fault clears

Possible Causes

  • •Injector Driver #8 shorted
  • •ECM detects internal injector low-side sense voltage greater than 4 volts for 10 injector firings while Injector Driver #8 is commanded ON and battery voltage is less than 16 volts
