  1. 1Perform firmware update: Place controller in Diagnostic mode, log in under USER LOGIN with service password 75057, navigate to ADVANCED OPTIONS > INSTALL/COPY PROGRAMS > FIRMWARE UPDATE, insert a pre-loaded USB flash drive (2.0 or low speed rate), browse and select the file, validate/copy, and reboot the controller.
  2. 2Clear CAN TIMEOUT DTC: Navigate to fault diagnostic menu > ECM Memory Clear and hold down the request button for 3 seconds.
  3. 3Enable power balance (if equipped): Navigate to Customer Options > Loadbank Control > Control Enable, increment (INC) value to 1, and select Save.
  4. 4Deactivate E-Stop SD (if machine is not equipped with an external e-stop): Navigate to Customer Options > Switch Monitors > E-Stop Switch Enable, decrement (DEC) the value to 0, and select Save.
