Test Warning; Battery is >16V or charge current is >600mA at end of 18 hour charge cycle; Low fuel pressure; High fuel level warning; Warning on a configured IO Extender Digital Input; Low coolant detected; High oil temperature; Low oil level; Check Engine warning (emissions certified gas units)
Possible Causes
- •Writing “1” to Modbus reg 1625
- •Battery may be bad
- •Fuel pressure falls below 5.2 in H2O +/- 0.4 in (below 0.19 psi)
- •Fuel level rises above the dealer adjustable setpoint (0-99%) for 1 second
- •Digital Input status triggered the alarm
- •Low coolant digital input detected low coolant for greater than 5 seconds
- •Oil temperature is > 320 °F (160 °C) while the engine is running
- •Oil level is below limit, detected after a 60 sec hold-off since startup
- •O2 sensor exists and is faulted (O2 sensor stuck open/closed) for 90 seconds
